Instruction title
- Fry tofu until slightly brownish on the edges. Set aside.
- Sprinkle sugar, salt and white pepper on shrimp. Quickly stir fry shrimp until pink. Set aside.
- Stir fry garlic until fragrant, add chicken. When chicken changes color, add ground pork. Stir fry until pork changes color. Then add all seasoning. Mix well.
- Add tofu and shrimp to the wok, and 1/4 cup of stock. Simmer until all meat is cooked, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, sugar, sweet soy sauce to taste.
- Add Chinese celery, mix well, turn off heat immediately.

Serving Suggestion
Condiments: crispy fried shallots, chili padi, sweet soy sauce, limes.
Put rice on a deep dish plate, top with meat mixture then pour stock. Use condiments as pleased.
